Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pita
- 1 c sun-dried tomatoes
- 1⁄2 c tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
- 3 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 6 basil leaves
Directions
- Brush olive oil onto pita, then spread tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and basil onto pita. Top with sun-dried tomatoes.
- Using the Pizza Peel*, gently slide pizza onto the Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set Bravo to “Pizza”. Cook for 12 minutes at 400 ̊F 30/70.
- When done, using the Pizza Peel*, remove pizza and let rest for 3-4 minutes.
