Ingredients
- 1 pound brats
- 3 cans favorite beer
- 3 large white onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
- Set Skillet to 400ºF and add brats. Sear for 2-4 minutes per side.
- Add in garlic, onion, and pepper, and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Pour in beer, cover with lid and reduce to 275ºF.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or until brats have internal temperature of 165ºF.
