Ingredients
- 3lbs flat cut beef brisket
- 2T Worcestershire sauce
- 1c water
- 1T celery salt

½c brown sugar
- 2T apple cider vinegar
- 1t sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1t garlic salt

½t onion powder
Directions
- In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients including brisket and marinate overnight.
- When ready to cook, place marinated beef brisket in pressure cooker. Add all remaining marinade to pot.
- Close lid and lock. Set to "meat/stew" and adjust for 60 minutes.
- When done, natural release for 35 minutes. Afterward, quick release until all pressure is released.
