Ingredients

  • 3lbs flat cut beef brisket
  • 2T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1c water
  • 1T celery salt
  • ½c brown sugar
  • 2T apple cider vinegar
  • 1t sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1t garlic salt
  • ½t onion powder

Directions

  1. In a large bowl or resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients including brisket and marinate overnight.
  2. When ready to cook, place marinated beef brisket in pressure cooker. Add all remaining marinade to pot.
  3. Close lid and lock. Set to "meat/stew" and adjust for 60 minutes.
  4. When done, natural release for 35 minutes. Afterward, quick release until all pressure is released.
