Chili Spice-Rubbed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 (1-inch) loin chops
  • 6 T extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t oregano
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1½ t salt
  • 2 T chili powder
  • 2 T green chilies
  • 2 T fresh cilantro
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Place oil, herbs and seasonings into a bowl and mix.
  2. Place pork chops in mixture and marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat Bravo and set to broil at 500°F.
  4. Spray enamel baking pan with cooking spray. Place chops in pan and broil at 500°F for 8 min. Flip and cook for an additional 6- 8 mins. Remove and let chops rest for 5 min.
