Ingredients

  • 1-½ lbs roasted peanuts
  • 2-½ c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 lbs white almond bark

Directions

  1. Place peanuts in pressure cooker. Pour chocolate over the peanuts then layer the bark on top.
  2. Set cooker for "slow cook" and adjust for 3 hrs.
  3. When finished, spoon mixture into cupcake liners and let cool. Serve and enjoy.
