Ingredients
- 1-½ lbs roasted peanuts
- 2-½ c semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 lbs white almond bark
Directions
- Place peanuts in pressure cooker. Pour chocolate over the peanuts then layer the bark on top.
- Set cooker for "slow cook" and adjust for 3 hrs.
- When finished, spoon mixture into cupcake liners and let cool. Serve and enjoy.
