Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 pund semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon brandy
Directions
- Set Skillet to 120°F, add cream and heat for about 2 minutes, or until it is hot to the touch.
- Add chocolate chips and whisk until smooth and completely melted.
- Whisk in vanilla and brandy and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce Skillet to 100°F and serve.
