Ingredients

½ C almond flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 3 eggs

⅓ C honey
- 1 C almond butter
-
½ C applesauce
- 1 t cinnamon
Directions
Add all ingredients to jar.
Using the plunger lid, set to speed 7 and blend for 2 minutes until a smooth batter is formed.
Once finished, remove the lid and pour batter into a greased muffin tin.
Bake in an oven for 23 minutes at 350°F.
Once finished let cool.
Serve and enjoy.
