Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup powder sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2-4 tablespoons water
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add butter to mixture and mix to combine; set aside.
- In separate bowl, beat milk and eggs together. Pour milk mixture into dry mixture and mix until soft dough forms.
- Place dough onto flat surface and roll dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle. Combine filling ingredients and spread evenly atop dough sheet.
- Taking one edge of the rectangle and rolling it into a log, cut dough into 12 rolls. Place 4-5 rolls in NuWave Brio Reversible Rack and place inside NuWave Brio Basket.
- Bake rolls at 375°F for 7-10 minutes.
- Repeat baking process with remaining rolls.
- Allow to cool and then glaze.
