Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Or, use Silicone Baking Pan.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Add sugar and mix until combined. Add coconut and mix with a spoon.

3. Using a rounded spoon, drop cookie doughballs into the enamel baking pan or in Silicone Baking Pan. Bake for 12-17 minutes or until browned . Cool before eating.
