Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cup cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 (1½-inch) piece ginger, grated
  • ½ cup tangerine juice
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together to NuWave Pressure Cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and lock in push plate.
  3. Turn pressure regulator to 1 for low pressure.
  4. Set NuWave PIC to 250°F and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Let Pressure Cooker sit for 5-10 minutes to let pressure naturally release before unlocking push plate and removing lid.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
