Directions

1. Add dates and water into blender jar.

2. Using the plunger lid, set to "Nuts" and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.

3. Once finished, remove lid and pour mixture into a bowl.
4. Add brown sugar, salt, butter, egg, and vanilla to bowl.
5. Stir to combine.
6. Add flour and baking powder and combine thoroughly.
7. Add in walnuts.
8. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and place in a preheated oven.

9. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.

10. Once finished, carefully remove, let cool for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
