Ingredients
- 6c small red potatoes, washed and thinly sliced
- ½c white onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 4T butter
- ½c Parmesan cheese, shredded
- ½c heavy cream
- 3T fresh parsley for garnish, finely chopped
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Wash, slice, and place potatoes in bowl.
- Add onion, garlic and cheese to potatoes.
- In 10-inch baking pan, layer potato mixture so that entire baking pan is covered.
- In sauce pan, heat butter, cream, salt and pepper; pour mixture over potatoes.
- Gently shake baking pan to release any bubbles.
- Place pan on 1-inch rack and cook at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Cover with foil and cook at 350°F for an additional 50 minutes.
- Let pan sit for 2 minutes inside Dome.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
