Ingredients

1-½ lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 3 T bread crumbs

⅓ c onions, minced
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 t chili powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper

½ t cumin
- 2 scallions, finely chopped

¼ c hot sauce
-
¼ c honey
-
¼ c brown sugar
- 2 T soy sauce

1-½ T cornstarch
SAUCE
Directions
- In a bowl, mix eggs, ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin, and scallions. Mix well.
- Roll mixture into meatballs.
- In another bowl, mix ingredients for sauce and set aside.
- Place meatballs in pressure cooker, Drizzle sauce over the top, cover with glass lid, and set to "slow cook" for 3 hrs.
- Once cooking is finished, remove lid and carefully remove meatballs. Serve and enjoy.
