Honey Buffalo Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1-½ lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T bread crumbs
  • ⅓ c onions, minced
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 t chili powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • ½ t cumin
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • ¼ c hot sauce
  • ¼ c honey
  • ¼ c brown sugar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1-½ T cornstarch

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs, ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin, and scallions. Mix well.
  2. Roll mixture into meatballs.
  3. In another bowl, mix ingredients for sauce and set aside.
  4. Place meatballs in pressure cooker, Drizzle sauce over the top, cover with glass lid, and set to "slow cook" for 3 hrs.
  5. Once cooking is finished, remove lid and carefully remove meatballs. Serve and enjoy.
