2 lbs short ribs, cross-cut, sliced lengthwise, about ⅓-inch thick
- Cooking spray
- ½ c soy sauce low sodium
- 1 ½ c raw sugar
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1 t Asian sesame oil
- 1 t ginger, minced
- ½ t freshly ground black pepper
- ½ c scallions, chopped, plus extra (for garnish)
For Korean BBQ Marinade
For the Korean BBQ marinade, in a medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, 2T water, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger. Add short ribs and marinate for 3 hours in the fridge.
Spray enamel baking with cooking spray. Add short ribs; reserve marinade. Cook at 360°F for 5 min. Brush the short ribs with marinade and cook for 2 additional minutes.
- When done, remove and transfer to platter. Let rest 5 min. Garnish with sliced scallions.
