Ingredients

2 (8-oz) salmon fillets, skin on

2 T honey
- 1⁄2 lemon, juice only
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 T sesame seeds
- Cooking spray, as needed
- 1 T fresh chives, minced

6 lemon wheels, cut into 1⁄8-inch slices

2 T sugar
Directions
- For the lemons, sprinkle with sugar. Place lemons on Baking Pan. Place into Bravo on Cooking Rack set in slot 2. Set Bravo to broil at 500 ̊F. Caramelize the lemons 3 to 4 minutes.
- Spray Baking Pan with cooking spray add salmon. Coat salmon with sesame glaze.
Place salmon on Cooking Rack, skin side up in slot 1. Set the Bravo to "Bake" at 400 ̊F for 12 minutes. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully remove from Bravo and serve salmon with caramelized lemons and fresh chives.
