Ingredients

• 2 slices rye bread
• ½ lb pastrami, shaved
• 4oz. sauerkraut, drained
• 4T Thousand Island dressing
• 4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

1. Build sandwich, layering dressing, sauerkraut, pastrami, and cheese.
2. Place onto greased Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
3. Set to “Broil” at 500 ̊F for 4 minutes. Toast sandwich until cheese is bubbling.
4. When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
