Ingredients
- 2 slices rye bread
- ½ lb pastrami, shaved
- 4oz. sauerkraut, drained
- 4T Thousand Island dressing
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
- Build sandwich, layering dressing, sauerkraut, pastrami, and cheese.
- Place onto greased Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
- Set to “Broil” at 500 ̊F for 4 minutes. Toast sandwich until cheese is bubbling.
- When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
