Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T Cajun spice
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
- In a bowl, marinate steak in olive oil, garlic, Cajun spice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 3 hours or up to 1 day.
- Place steak onto greased Baking Pan. Place into Bravo on the Cooking Rack set in slot 2.
- Set to “Broil” at 500 ̊F for 4 minutes per side.
- When done, remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice steak and serve with roasted vegetables.
