Ribeye with Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 (1-inch-thick) ribeye steaks
- 3T butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 1 pack cremini mushrooms, each sliced
Directions
- Melt butter and stir in minced garlic.
- Brush steaks with butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Set steaks and mushrooms onto greased Baking Pan and place onto the Cooking Rack in slot 2.
- Set Bravo to “Roast” at 450 ̊F and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- When done, carefully remove from oven. Let steaks rest for 5 minutes to reabsorb the juices.
