Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 C heavy cream, divided
- 1 C sugar
- 1 t vanilla

½ C fresh berries (garnish)
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine 1C heavy cream and gelatin. Let sit for 4 minutes.
- Stir in sugar, vanilla, and remaining 1C of cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Pour mixture into blender.
- Using the plunger lid, set blender to speed 6 and blend until consistency is smooth.
- Once finished, open the lid and pour contents into greased custard cups.
- Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Once-firm serve with fresh berries.
