Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- ½ cup instant rice
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup of beef stock, divided
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (16-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 teaspoons sugar
Directions
Add ground pork, rice, onion, oil, ⅓ cup beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper to mixing bowl and mix to combine.
- For pork mixture into 1½-inch balls, set aside.
- Add spaghetti sauce, sugar and remaining beef stock to NuWave Pressure Cooker.
- Add meatballs to Pressure Cooker, cover and lock in push plate.
- Turn pressure regulator to 1 for low pressure.
- Set NuWave PIC to 250°F and cook for 12-14 minutes.
- Let Pressure Cooker sit for 10 minutes to let pressure naturally release before unlocking push plate and removing lid.
