Potatoes au Gratin

Ingredients
- 6 c red potatoes, washed, sliced very thin
- ½ c diced red or white onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 4 T butter
- ½ c Parmesan Cheese
- ½ c heavy cream
- 3 T chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat Bravo to 350°F.
- Place potato slices in a bowl. Add chopped onion, butter, cheese, heavy cream, and spices. Mix well.
- Place in baking pan and press potatoes down into pan. Place in Bravo. Cook at 350°F for 20 mins. Let sit in the Bravo for 2 min. before removing and serving.
