Ingredients

6 c red potatoes, washed, sliced very thin
½ c diced red or white onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
4 T butter
½ c Parmesan Cheese
½ c heavy cream
3 T chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat Bravo to 350°F.
Place potato slices in a bowl. Add chopped onion, butter, cheese, heavy cream, and spices. Mix well.
Place in baking pan and press potatoes down into pan. Place in Bravo. Cook at 350°F for 20 mins. Let sit in the Bravo for 2 min. before removing and serving.
