Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts, boneless.
- Olive oil, as needed
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place the baking tray into the unit in rack position 1.
- Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 48. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
- Brush duck breasts with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. Open the door and brush the baking pan with olive oil, place the duck breasts on the baking tray skin side up.
- Close the door to begin cooking (400°F combo, 10% steam) for 12 minutes.
- The unit will beep three times and display “End”. Open the door and remove the duck breasts.
