Ingredients

  • 8 pieces sea scallops, fresh
  • Extra virgin olive oil, as needed
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray, as needed

Directions

  1. Place the baking tray into the unit in rack position 3.
  2. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 47. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
  3. On a plate coat scallops with olive oil, Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Open the door and spray the baking tray with cooking spray, then place the sea scallops on the hot baking tray.
  4. Close the door to begin cooking (425°F combo, 20% steam) for 5 minutes.
  5. Once the 5 minutes has completed, the unit will beep three times and display “End”.
  6. Open the door and remove the scallops to a serving plate.
