Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 T butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ c chicken stock
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Set pressure cooker to “sear” and add butter.
- Place in garlic and begin to brown. Add shrimp and chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
- Close and lock lid and set cooker to “fish” for 2 minutes. Press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid.
- Bring mixture up to a simmer by setting the cooker to “sear". Garnish with parsley and serve.
