Ingredients
- 2 8oz. cod fillet
- 1T olive oil
- Sea salt, as need
- Fresh ground black pepper, as need
- 1T capers
- 1T Parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut in half, half for juice half into wedges
Directions
- Press SOUS VIDE, press TEMP and set to 135°F, press time and set to 30 minutes.
- Place the baking tray on rack position 2. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
- Once preheated, open door, brush the baking pan with olive oil and place Cod filets on the pan and begin cooking for 30 minutes.
- When finished, the unit will beep three times and display “End”.
- Place a fry pan on stove and melt butter until golden brown. Add salt and pepper, capers, parsley, and juice of half lemon to make a sauce.
- Remove Cod from oven and plate, pour sauce overtop of cod filets and garnish with lemon wedges.
