Ingredients

6 piece chicken thighs, bone-in, skin on

Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Sea salt, to taste
- Cooking spray, as needed
Directions
Place the baking tray on rack position 1. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select Preset 7 and begin Stage 1 (155°F sous vide, 90% steam) for 2 hours.
- Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating, season the thighs with salt and pepper, then spray with cooking spray.
- Once preheated, oven will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
- Open the door, place thighs on baking pan, close the door and start the cooking.
- When finished, the unit will beep three times, “Remove” will appear. Open the door and remove.
- Close the door to preheat for Stage 2 (400°F for 15 minutes). Once preheated “ADD” will appear place the chicken thighs skin side up on rack position 2 and close the door to begin the cooking.
Plate and enjoy.

Note: Using a hand held thermometer, check that the chicken has reached 165°F.
