Ingredients
- 2 T sesame seed oil
- 3 lbs green cabbage, wedged

1-½ c water

¼ c apple cider vinegar
- 2 T raw sugar

½ t red pepper flakes

½ t cayenne pepper
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 t cornstarch
- 2 t water
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Directions
- Set pressure cooker to "sear", add oil, and press "start/stop". When hot, add cabbage and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add water, vinegar, sugar, cayenne, and red pepper flakes. Mix and add carrot.
- Close and lock lid, set pressure cooker to "steam/veggies", and press "start/stop".
- When done, natural release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release to make sure all pressure has been released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid and remove cabbage with tongs. Leave cooking liquid in pressure cooker.
- Set pressure cooker to "sear", adjust time to 10 minutes, and press "start/stop". Mix cornstarch and water and add to pressure cooker. Stir and simmer to thicken sauce. Check seasoning and add salt and pepper, if needed. Ladle over cabbage and serve.
