  • 12 topneck clams each

Directions

  1. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 73. Open the door slide the baking tray and clams into rack position 2 and close the door.
  2. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking (210°F, 100% steam) for 10 minutes. After which the unit will beep three times and display “End”.
  3. Open the door and place clams onto a serving plate.
