Ingredients

  • 16oz. black mussels, remove beards and brush shells

Directions

  1. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 43.
  2. Open the door and insert baking tray and mussels into rack position 2.
  3. Close the door to begin cooking (300°F combo, 90% steam) for 3 minutes. Once completed, the unit will beep 3 times and display “End”.
  4. When ready, serve and enjoy.
