Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges
- 3 T extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 1⁄2 t pink peppercorns, crushed
- Green onions (for garnish)
- Maple syrup (for garnish)
Directions
- Set Bravo to “Roast” and preheat to 425 ̊F.
- Toss sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and peppercorns.
- Place sweet potatoes on Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 2 in Bravo.
- Set Bravo to 425 ̊F for 20 minutes.
- When done, carefully remove from oven. Garnish with green onions and maple syrup.
