Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges

3 T extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed

Freshly ground black pepper, as needed

1⁄2 t pink peppercorns, crushed

Green onions (for garnish)

Maple syrup (for garnish)
Directions
Set Bravo to “Roast” and preheat to 425 ̊F.
Toss sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and peppercorns.
Place sweet potatoes on Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 2 in Bravo.
Set Bravo to 425 ̊F for 20 minutes.
When done, carefully remove from oven. Garnish with green onions and maple syrup.
