Turmeric-Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 t turmeric
- 1⁄4 t chili flakes
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
- Set Bravo to “Roast” and preheat to 425 ̊F.
- Toss cauliflower in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic, and chili flakes.
- Place cauliflower on Baking Pan and set on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
- Set Bravo to 425 ̊F for 35 minutes.
- When done, carefully remove from oven.
