Ingredients
- 1 c water

½ c orange juice

½ c pineapple juice
- 3 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce

½ c brown sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 3 T water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker except corn starch. Close and lock lid. Set cooker to "soup", adjust time to 5 minutes, and press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Combine cornstarch with water in a small bowl.
- Carefully open lid and stir in cornstarch mixture. Continue to stir until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Allow sauce to cool. Pour into a bottle or jar.
