Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c water
  • ½ c orange juice
  • ½ c pineapple juice
  • 3 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 3 T water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker except corn starch. Close and lock lid. Set cooker to "soup", adjust time to 5 minutes, and press "start/stop".
  2. When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
  3. Combine cornstarch with water in a small bowl.
  4. Carefully open lid and stir in cornstarch mixture. Continue to stir until sauce reaches desired consistency.
  5. Allow sauce to cool. Pour into a bottle or jar.
