- 1 C sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 T olive oil
- Pinch of salt
- Add sesame seeds into blender.
Using the plunger lid, set to "Nuts" and begin to blend for 2 minutes. Remove plunger cap and slowly add oil until mixture becomes a smooth paste.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Once finished, remove the lid and place Tahini paste into a container for up to a month.
