Ingredients

  • 5 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 c barbecue sauce (of choice)
  • ½ c chicken stock
  • ⅓ c brown sugar
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T chili flakes
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 6 burger buns

Directions

  1. Place pork in pressure cooker and set to "slow cook". Add remaining ingredients besides the buns.
  2. Cover with glass lid and set to cook for 5 hrs. Remove lid and shred pork with a fork. Stir pork into the sauce and dish out onto the buns. Serve and enjoy.
