Ingredients
- 3 lbs turkey breast
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 3 scallions, finely sliced
- 3 T peanut butter
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T chili powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 t cocoa powder

⅓ t cinnamon
- 12 corn tortillas
- Cilantro (garnish)
Directions
- Set pressure cooker to "slow cook" and add tomatoes, scallions, peanut butter, soy sauce, chili powder, cocoa, salt and pepper, and cinnamon.
- Place the turkey breast on top and coat.
- Cover with glass lid and adjust for 6 hrs.
- Remove lid and carefully remove the turkey breast and shred.
- Place shredded turkey back in the cooker and mix with base. Warm tortillas. Garnish turkey, serve, and enjoy.
