Ingredients
- 1 rack of ribs
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1⁄3 c brown sugar
- 1 T cumin

2 T freshly ground black pepper

1 t ground mustard
- 1 c barbecue sauce
Directions
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Season ribs with dry rub.
Set to “Roast” at 375 ̊F for 55 minutes.
Place ribs onto Baking Pan on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
Once there is 20 min. left of cook time, using oven mitts, carefully open the oven, slide out Cooking Rack with Baking Pan, and brush barbecue sauce onto ribs.
Slide back in oven and continue cooking for remaining cook time.
When done, carefully remove ribs from oven, serve, and enjoy.
