Ingredients
- 2 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t chili powder
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 1 t sea salt

½ t black pepper, ground

¼ t cayenne pepper, ground
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 T butter, unsalted

½ c chicken stock
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T water
- 2 c heavy cream
- Parsley, rough chop (garnish)
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add chicken and coat in dry rub. Set pressure cooker to "sear", add oil and butter, and press "start/stop". When butter is melted, sauté chicken until brown, in batches, if needed.
- Add all chicken and chicken stock to pressure cooker and set to "poultry", adjust time to 3 minutes, and press "start/stop". When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid.
- Carefully open lid. Set pressure cooker to "sear", adjust time to 10 minutes, and press "start/stop". Combine cornstarch and water and add to pressure cooker. Simmer until sauce thickens then add heavy cream and gently stir. Serve hot with parsley.
