Ingredients
- 1 loaf day old bread (sourdough, challah, etc.), Cubed
- 1⁄3 c (71g) extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 2 T (7g) herbs de Provence
Directions
- In a bowl combine bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
- Lay out the bread onto the Baking Pan.
- Place Pan into the Bravo on your Cooking Rack set in the lowest position.
- Set the Bravo to "Dehydrate" at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Once finished carefully remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve on top of a salad and enjoy.
