Add in onion, garlic, carrots, celery, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and chicken stock. Close and lock the lid, set to "soup", and adjust for 12 minutes. Press start/stop. Perform a natural release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid. In a bowl, combine cornstarch and water and make a slurry. Set cooker to sear. Add heavy cream and slurry to broth to thicken. Add in gnocchi and Parmesan cheese and bacon. Once soup thickens, serve and enjoy.
