¼ c soy sauce
2 T sugar
2 T dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T toasted sesame oil
2 t crushed red pepper
Cooking spray
16 green onions Sea salt
Steamed rice (for serving)

Directions

For the Korean BBQ marinade, in a medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, 2T water, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger. Add short ribs and marinate for 3 hours in the fridge.
Spray enamel baking with cooking spray. Add short ribs; reserve marinade. Cook at 360°F for 5 min. Brush the short ribs with marinade and cook for 2 additional minutes.
When done, remove and transfer to platter. Let rest 5 min. Garnish with sliced scallions.
