Ingredients
- 2 (10oz.) turkey drumsticks, skin-on
- Sea salt, as needed

Freshly ground black pepper, as needed

1t paprika
- 1t thyme

2t garlic powder
- 2T extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
Once dried, coat drumsticks with olive oil and season with dry ingredients.
Place drumsticks on Baking Pan and set onto Cooking Rack in slot 1.
Set the Bravo to “Roast” at 450 ̊F for 35 minutes.
Once turkey drumsticks are finished, carefully remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Recipe Note
TIP: When using a handheld meat thermometer, insert into largest drumstick at end of cooking. When done, check to see that internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.
