Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup dry red wine
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Directions

  1. Mix all into a bowl and let sit for 2 hours before using.
  2. The longer it sits the better it gets.

  4. Great on red meat, pork, chicken and even vegetables.
